Samuel J. R. McMillan

Samuel J. R. McMillian ( February 22, 1826 October 3, 1897) was an American politican. He was a Republican US Senator from Minnesota. He served in the US Senate from March 4, 1875, to March 3, 1887. He had also been a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court from 1864 to 1874.
