Sam the Robot

Sam the Robot is the only robot on Sesame Street that tries his own rights, but he makes them wrong. He always makes mistakes like drawing a circle instead of a square and pooring coffee into the ground.

When Sam debuted on Sesame Street on the 1972-73 season, he met Gordon and Susan and talked and walked very, very slow.

In the 1973-74 premiere, episode #536, Sam greeted Luis slowly as he passes by the Fix-It-Shop.

He is played by Jerry Nelson, which he sounds like Bob (Bob McGrath).
