S. P. L. Sørensen

Søren Peder Lauritz Sørensen (1868-1939) was a Danish chemist. From 1901 he was head of the prestigious Carlsberg[?] Laboratory, Copenhagen. The important chemical concept pH was introduced by S. P. L. Sørensen.
