Rumiko Takahashi

Takahashi, Rumiko (高橋留美子) Japanese manga artist, creator of Ranma 1/2, Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, and most recently InuYasha.

Her stories are very popular in the USA where they have been released in English translation by Viz Communications.
