Romer v. Evans

Romer v. Evans 517 US 620 (1996), is a Supreme Court of the United States case dealing with homosexual unions and state laws. The Court gave its ruled on May 20, 1996 against a law that would have prevented any city, town or county in the state of Colorado from taking any legislative, executive, or judicial action to protect the rights of homosexuals.
