Roermond (population: 45,363) is a town in the southeastern Netherlands, in the province of Limburg. The municipality covers an area of 46.65 km².

The municipality of Roermond also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Asenray[?], Herten[?], Leeuwen[?], Maasniel[?].
