Robert Lowry (March 10, 1831 - January 19, 1910) was a Mississippipolitician. During the War Between the States he held the rank of general in the Confederate Army[?]. Lowry briefly served in the state senate after the war (1865-1866). Between 1882 and 1890 he was the Democratic governor of Mississippi, serving 2 four-year terms.
