Ritz Crackers

Ritz Crackers are a type of crackers that are produced by Nabisco. Ritz Crackers are circular in shape, salted, and have small scalloping around the edge.

Production of Ritz Crackers began in 1935, the year in which, according to official numbers provided by the company, there were approximately 40 crackers for each American person.

Ritz Crackers also became an instant hit in Europe. Many men would take chocolate-box shaped boxes of Ritz Crackers to propose to their girlfriends. In addition, passengers could buy Ritz Crackers for 19 cents at the Queen Mary oceanliner.

In the 1970s, people could also buy this product in circle shaped tin cans.

Ritz Crackers are also available in small size. They sell at supermarkets in many countries. Also, they are availabe at the famous Waldorf Astoria[?] hotel in New York.
