Right On

Right On is an American teen magazine. It is published by Sterling McFadden[?] in New York City, and is a sister publication of Tiger Beat.

Right On was born in 1972, out of neccesity to have a teen idol type of magazine for Black teens in the United States. Like Tiger Beat does with Whites and Hispanics, Right On covers everything and everyone who is Black and involved in the entertainment business. It also offers female readers make-up tips, and it has a pen pals section.

Among the famous people and groups who have been on Right On's cover recently are: Aaliyah, B2K, Lil Bow Wow, Mario, Lil Romeo[?], Alicia Keys, Brandy Norwood, Destiny's Child, TLC and many other performers.
