RI:SE

RI:SE is the current breakfast television show on Channel 4 in the UK. It was scheduled after the ratings failure of The Big Breakfast[?].

The initial idea seems to have been to combine zoo TV[?] with an emphasis on "young and sexy" presenters.

Its viewing figures have not met the initial expectations, and a variety of format changes have been made to try to boost ratings, with Iain Lee[?] and Mel and Sue[?] being drafted in to try to improve things.
