Reiters Syndrome

Reiter's Syndrome is a complication of the common sexually transmitted disease Chlamydia. It primarily affects young men. Approximately 15,000 men get Reiter's Syndrome in the USA each year, and 5,000 will be permanently affected.

Reiter's Syndrome causes urethritis (inflammation of the urethra), followed by sores on the penis, then sores in the mouth or throat, inflammation of the eyes, and arthritis.
