RC6 encryption algorithm

RC6 is a symmetric key[?] block cipher developed from the RC5. It was designed by Rivest, Sidney and Yin to meet the requirements of the AES competition. It is proprietary of RSA Security[?].

The algorithm was one of the finalists of the AES selection process, which finally picked Rijndael.
