Rage Against the Machine (album)

Rage Against the Machine is the debut album by metal and hip hop band Rage Against the Machine, released November 3, 1992. As one of the first full-length fusions of the widely disparate genres, Rage Against the Machine is a landmark album, setting the stage for the late-1990s boom in more pop-oriented fusions like Limp Bizkit, Korn and Linkin Park.

The album peaked at #1 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart, and at #45 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

The song "Wake Up" is featured in the credits of The Matrix.
