R. v. Oakes

R. v. Oakes was a case decided by the Supreme Court of Canada in which the famous Oakes test was established, which is an analysis of the limitations clause one of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms that puts limitations on rights as are reasonable in a free and democratic society.
