Queen Anne is a town located in Maryland. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 176.

Geography Queen Anne is located at 38°55'9" North, 75°57'10" West (38.919039, -75.952827)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²). None of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 176 people, 67 households, and 52 families residing in the town. The population density is 566.3/km² (1,425.0/mi²). There are 72 housing units at an average density of 231.7/km² (583.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 97.16% White, 0.57% African American, 0.57% Native American, 1.14% Asian, 0.57% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 67 households out of which 43.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.7% are married couples living together, 10.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 20.9% are non-families. 16.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.63 and the average family size is 2.89.

In the town the population is spread out with 30.1% under the age of 18, 3.4% from 18 to 24, 29.0% from 25 to 44, 24.4% from 45 to 64, and 13.1% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 39 years. For every 100 females there are 107.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 98.4 males.

The median income for a household in the town is $45,000, and the median income for a family is $55,417. Males have a median income of $31,806 versus $23,542 for females.
