Pseudo-acronym

Pseudo-acronym isn't an acronym, so it does not stand for anything.

Examples:

  • GNU : GNU is Not Unix
  • JINI: Jini Is Not Initials

Anti-Acronym should be the pseudo or mocked "full names" that replace the original full name of an acronym, such as APB (All Points Bulletin) being parodied as the "All-American Pinkerton Boys", "Absolutely Penile Bullies"...
