Prolative case

The Prolative case has the basic meaning of "by way of".

In the Finnish language, this is only found in a few "fossilised" forms (though it is alive and well in Estonian). The most used Finnish examples are "postitse" -> "by post", "puhelimitse" -> "by phone", and "meritse" -> "by sea".
