Primrose is a town located in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 93.

Geography Primrose is located at 60°20'36" North, 149°20'39" West (60.343405, -149.344250)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 99.4 km² (38.4 mi²). 96.8 km² (37.4 mi²) of it is land and 2.5 km² (1.0 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 2.53% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 93 people, 33 households, and 29 families residing in the town. The population density is 1.0/km² (2.5/mi²). There are 47 housing units at an average density of 0.5/km² (1.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 91.40% White, 0.00% African American, 3.23% Native American, 1.08% Asian, 1.08% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 3.23% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 33 households out of which 42.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.8% are married couples living together, 6.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 12.1% are non-families. 9.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 0.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.82 and the average family size is 3.00.

In the town the population is spread out with 34.4% under the age of 18, 1.1% from 18 to 24, 24.7% from 25 to 44, 28.0% from 45 to 64, and 11.8% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 42 years. For every 100 females there are 93.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 96.8 males.
