Power Pad

The Power Pad is the American version of the Family Fun Fitness Pack for the Japanese Nintendo Famicon Disk System for use with the US-released Nintendo Entertainment System. It is a gray mat with 12 pressure-sensors embedded between two layers of flexible plastic.

The accessory is laid out in front of the video display for various games, generally plugged into the 2nd controller port, and then players step on the large buttons in order to control gameplay. Here are two sides to the pad (A and B):

Side A:

Few games were created that use the power pad due to lack of success, but here is a list of games that were developed for it (this list is not complete).

  • Short Order & Eggsplode (2-in-1 Cart)
  • Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet (3-in-1 Cart)
