Pokemon Stadium 2

Pokemon Stadium is a Nintendo video game originaly designed to be a 64DD game without the need of a top cartridge. It would hook up to the Game Boy Pokemon games and transfer data from and to them.

Due to the delay of the 64DD hardware, Pokemon Stadium 1[?] was released on a single cartrige, with a more limited set of features than its DD version. This game was never released outside of Japan.

The American and European Version of Pokemon Stadium (1 and 2) is actually Pokemon Stadium 2, and 3 for the Japanese market.

There were plans for Pokemon stadium 2 and/or 3 to be compatible with the 64DD, but this was never done, since there was no expansion disk released for them.
