Mutley Plain

Formerly a residential and shopping area in Plymouth, Mutley Plain has largely been taken over by the influx of students attending the University of Plymouth[?], as is evidenced by the proliferation of cheap eateries and theme bars and taverns. The area is also home to most of Plymouth's estate agents.
