Pisek is a city located in Walsh County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 96.

Geography Pisek is located at 48°18'38" North, 97°42'38" West (48.310523, -97.710659)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²). 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 96 people, 48 households, and 27 families residing in the city. The population density is 308.9/km² (825.6/mi²). There are 60 housing units at an average density of 193.1/km² (516.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 96.88% White, 0.00% African American, 1.04% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 2.08% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 2.08% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 48 households out of which 16.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.2% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 41.7% are non-families. 41.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 25.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.00 and the average family size is 2.71.

In the city the population is spread out with 15.6% under the age of 18, 5.2% from 18 to 24, 25.0% from 25 to 44, 24.0% from 45 to 64, and 30.2% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 47 years. For every 100 females there are 92.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 88.4 males.
