Physiognomist

Physiognomist- One who studies the outer appearance of the person (primarily the face) to gain access to knowledge of the inner personality. Notable Physiognomists include the German Johann Kaspar Lavater, the Italian Giovanni Della Porta and the English physician Sir Thomas Browne.
