Swedish astronomer (1937-1998) at Uppsala, and novel writer.

Compiled a catalog of galaxies. Much appreciated both for a number of essay books (primarily about science) and for a couple of science fiction novels (Rymdväktaren[?] (The Space Guardian) and Nyaga[?]).
