Personal transformation

Personal transformation refers to a vaguely mystical process by which individuals gain a new outlook on life and allegedly integrate better into their community.

Personal transformation generally remains one of the great unfulfilled promises of the New Age and human potential movements -- human nature have proven intractable to change.
