Persistence of Time

Redirected from Persistence of Time (album)

Persistence of Time is the ninth album by the speed metal band Anthrax. The album was released in August of 1990 by Megaforce Worldwide/Island Entertainment[?]. The band and Mark Dodson[?] produced the album, which was released as a double album (along with Among the Living) in Germany in 2000. The album includes the singles, "Got the Time" and "In My World". Persistence of Time was certified gold by the RIAA.

It's highest Billboard Music Chart[?] position was #24 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Persistence of Time stands out among other Anthrax albums due to its unified lyrical focus on the need for tolerance and peace. The ghoulish and macabre elements of the music remain, and the album is as aggressive as ever, with a rapidfire beat.
