Peckforton Castle

Peckforton Castle is a Victorian folly built in the style of a medieval castle. It was built by John Tollemach[?], a local Cheshire Member of Parliament, between 1844 and 1851. It is known among UK live action roleplaying gamers as the home of the original Treasure Trap club. It has also been used as a location for several films and TV shows including such shows as Doctor Who.
