Parc is a town located in Clinton County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 54.

Geography Parc is located at 44°40'7" North, 73°27'17" West (44.668549, -73.454735)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.6 km² (1.4 mi²). 3.6 km² (1.4 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 54 people, 28 households, and 15 families residing in the town. The population density is 14.9/km² (38.7/mi²). There are 29 housing units at an average density of 8.0/km² (20.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 92.59% White, 1.85% African American, 0.00% Native American, 1.85% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.85% from other races, and 1.85% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 28 households out of which 21.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 42.9% are married couples living together, 10.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 46.4% are non-families. 35.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 0.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 1.93 and the average family size is 2.47.

In the town the population is spread out with 11.1% under the age of 18, 11.1% from 18 to 24, 42.6% from 25 to 44, 27.8% from 45 to 64, and 7.4% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 36 years. For every 100 females there are 74.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 77.8 males.

The median income for a household in the town is $35,417, and the median income for a family is $36,667. Males have a median income of $17,500 versus $31,250 for females. The per capita income for the town is $15,118. 34.7% of the population and 30.0% of families are below the poverty line.
