Michiru wants to be a violinist one day, but right now she's fighting with Sailor Uranus to defeat The Death Busters and Professor Tomoe. Sailor Neptune doesn't like to see Sailor Uranus get hurt, and she'd risk her life just to protect her. In the Japanese version, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are lovers, in the US Version, it took them awhile how to change this fact since it was inappropriate for kids to see. When the US Version did come out Michiru and Haruka were just cousins, and they changed some of the scenes so they couldn't tell they were lovers, and that they were more like cousins.

Haruku is a very boyish person, she doesn't like to wear skirts, dresses, and other girl accessories. She is also a lesbian, she's having a relationship with Sailor Neptune, also know as Micihiru. Also what's really funny is that when she talks she uses a boyish language and she also tricked Serena and Mina into thinking that she was a boy until they found out that she really was a girl! Mina even said in one episode that she was “the Ideal Man”. As Sailor Uranus she will do anything to complete her mission even if it means her and her partner has to die.

Setsuna or Sailor Pluto is the guardian of Time. This is how Rini was able to travel back into time and to try and find help to fight in the Dark Moon's attack on Crystal Tokyo. Also Sesuna someday wishes to become a designer.

Hotoru is the only child of Professor Tomoe. She's a really shy and isolated girl, and she doesn't really make friends easily because many of the kids her age think she's weird. People from her school think she's weird because she has the ability to cure wounds. Her classmates say that her ability to do that is really unnatural and it's really gross. Since her feelings get hurt and people would talk about her, this made her spend most of her time at her father's mansion.

She also has a weak body. She gets exhausted quicker than the average person, and it's partly because of the tradeoff to her ability to heal. She also has a weak body because of an incident when she was a little girl, where her and her mother were caught in a fire, and Hotaru was able to survive, with critical conditions, but sadly her mom didn't make it.

When Hotaru transforms into Sailor Saturn, she isn't her normal spirited self. Sailor Saturn is almost like Hotaru's “other self” Mistress Nine, which is that Mistress Nine's goal is to destroy all life on Earth She also has a weapon called the Silence Glaive, which can destroy everything when all hope is lost such as , and it can also slice through anything that in her way.
