OpenGEM

OpenGEM is a distribution of FreeGEM, a graphical user interface for DOS. OpenGEM is a non-multitasking GUI with word processing, spreadsheet, DTP, graphical applications, web browser, and other applications. It's very compact, installing in 7.5meg, and is designed to run on 386 and above PCs.

OpenGEM is developed by the Shane Land website (http://gem.shaneland.co.uk), and is released under the GNU GPL licence. This means that the software is free, and the source code is available for download as well as the finished product.
