Opava

Opava (German Troppau) is a city (population 62,000) in northern Czechia and is the historical capital of Czech Silesia, now in Moravian-Silesian Region[?], situated on the Opava river. Opava was founded in the 12th century and the Congress of Troppau took place here in 1820.
