Omnivore

Omnivores are organisms that consume on both plants and animals.

At one time the word omnivore was used to designate the pig family.

Examples:

Mammals
- many pigs
- many bears
- many primates (including humans)
- domestic dogs and cats
- some rodents
- opossums
