Oliver is a village located in Douglas County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 358.

Geography Oliver is located at 46°39'26" North, 92°11'32" West (46.657291, -92.192319)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 5.3 km² (2.1 mi²). 5.3 km² (2.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.97% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 358 people, 127 households, and 105 families residing in the village. The population density is 67.4/km² (174.9/mi²). There are 128 housing units at an average density of 24.1/km² (62.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 97.21% White, 0.00% African American, 1.68% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.12% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 127 households out of which 44.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.9% are married couples living together, 12.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.3% are non-families. 12.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.82 and the average family size is 3.04.

In the village the population is spread out with 30.2% under the age of 18, 6.1% from 18 to 24, 31.6% from 25 to 44, 23.2% from 45 to 64, and 8.9% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 37 years. For every 100 females there are 105.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 101.6 males.

The median income for a household in the village is $41,750, and the median income for a family is $45,250. Males have a median income of $35,625 versus $20,357 for females. The per capita income for the village is $19,527. 8.3% of the population and 4.9% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 14.1% are under the age of 18 and 10.0% are 65 or older.
