Northwest Somerset is an unorganized territory located in Somerset County, Maine. As of the 2000 census, the unorganized territory had a total population of 46.

Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the unorganized territory has a total area of 1,835.3 km² (708.6 mi²). 1,701.9 km² (657.1 mi²) of it is land and 133.5 km² (51.5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 7.27% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 46 people, 18 households, and 10 families residing in the unorganized territory. The population density is 0.0/km² (0.1/mi²). There are 452 housing units at an average density of 0.3/km² (0.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the unorganized territory is 89.13% White, 0.00% African American, 8.70% Native American, 2.17% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
