North Red River Township is a township located in Kittson County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 3. According to the United States Census Bureau, it is one of only 9 places in the United States with a population of three people. The others are East Blythe, California, Rulien Township, Minnesota, Hush Lake, Minnesota, Pfeiffer Lake, Minnesota, Livermore, New Hampshire, Hillsview, South Dakota, Point of Rocks, Wyoming, and Hobart Bay, Alaska.
