Niel

Niel is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality only comprises the town of Niel proper. On January 1st, 2000 Niel had a total population of 8,405 (4,132 males and 4,273 females). The total area is 5.33 km² which gives a population density of 1,576.92 inhabitants per km².
