New Sukhothai

New Sukhothai (thai สุโขทัย), is a small modern town about 427 km (267 miles) north of Bangkok on the River Yom, a tributary of the Chao Phraya River. Population 37,000, geographical location 17° 0' North, 99° 51' East. The city is located 12 km to the east of the historic city of Sukhothai.
