Naval Combatant

Naval Vessels are classified into several functional areas. The Naval Combatant is, for purposes of this article, any naval vessel with a primary role of engaging enemy forces. The main ship types in this classification are:

Submarines
Aircraft Carriers
Cruisers
Destroyers
