In Middle-earth, the fantasy universe of J. R. R. Tolkien, Narya (or "The Red Ring") is one of the Rings of Power that Gandalf holds and one of the Three Rings for the Elven Kings under the sky. At first it had been given to Círdan, Lord of the Havens, but then he gave it to Gandalf for his labours.
