Narsimha Rao

Venkata Narasimha Rao, Pamulaparthi (born 1920) is the ninth prime minister of the Republic of India. A scholar, he can read and write 17 languages. His credits include ruling India continuously for 5 years with a marginal majority, liberalising Indian economics, and India's foray into many hi-tech industries.
