Murphy's Romance

Murphy's Romance is a 1985 comedy romance film which tells the story of a divorced mother who moves to a small town, takes up a relationship with the town's druggist, but allows her ex-husband to move in with her. It stars Sally Field, James Garner, Brian Kerwin[?] and Corey Haim.

The movi ewas adapted by Harriet Frank Jr.[?] and Irving Ravetch[?] from a story by Max Schott[?]. It was directed by Martin Ritt[?].

It was nominated for Academy Awards for Best Actor in a Leading Role (James Garner) and Best Cinematography.
