Mrs. Parkington

Mrs. Parkington is a 1944 film which tells the story of a woman's life, told in flashbacks, from hotel maid to society matron. It stars Greer Garson, Walter Pidgeon, Edward Arnold[?], Agnes Moorehead, Cecil Kellaway[?], Gladys Cooper, Tom Drake[?], Peter Lawford[?], Dan Duryea[?], Hugh Marlowe[?] and Lee Patrick[?].

The movie was adapted by Polly James[?] and Robert Thoeren[?] from the novel by Louis Bromfield[?]. It was directed by Tay Garnett[?].

It was nominated for Academy Awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role (Greer Garson) and Best Actress in a Supporting Role (Agnes Moorehead).
