Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley is an investment bank founded in New York in 1933.

On February 5, 1997 the company announced a merger with another investment bank, Dean Witter[?], and the company was briefly known as "Morgan Stanley Dean Witter" before reverting to its original name.
