Mohammed Azharuddin

A fine batsman and former captain of the Indian cricket team during the late 1980s and early 1990s. In his prime he had a graceful, fluid batting style, comparable to that of his English contemporary, David Gower.

Whilst not as prolific as some of his teammates, his innings were always worth watching, if only for the nicely played shots.
