A milkshake is a beverage made from ice cream and milk, blended together. Other ingredients, such as strawberries, chocolate, bananas, and Oreos, may be added to change the flavor. The most common flavors of milkshake are vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. A common additive is malt to make a malted milkshake.

Fast food restaurants often sell milkshakes.

Put a few scoops of ice cream in a blender. Blend with enough milk to make the mixture thick, but fairly liquid. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
