Milazzo

Milazzo is a town of 50.000 inhabitants in Sicily, Italy on the north Coast, 50 km from Messina towards Palermo.

It has a relatively important port from which leave ferries to the Aeolian (Italian Eolie) islands and Naples. Famous for Giuseppe Garibaldi landing here with his Mille during the process of Italy's unification on 19th century.
