Mickey Joe Harte is an amateur club singer from Ireland. He has been chosen to represent Ireland in the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest with "We've Got The World". He won this through telephone votes by viewers of the Radio Telifís Éireann reality show, "You're A Star", which set records for Irish TV ratings over the period of November 2002 to March 2003.

"We've Got The World" currently tops the Irish billboard singles chart.
