Mick Ronson

Mick Ronson (May 26, 1946 - April 30, 1993) was a lead guitarist who rose to fame with David Bowie on the Ziggy Stardust album.

Ronson later released three solo albums and was a long time collaborator with Ian Hunter. Besides Bowie and Hunter, he worked as a musician, writer and producer with many other acts including Bob Dylan and John Cougar Mellencamp. He died of liver cancer.
