Melanie Janine Brown (born May 29, 1975) is a British singer, originally in the girl band The Spice Girls, where she was known as "Scary Spice".

Born in Leeds, England.

She married dancer Jimmy Gulzar September 13, 1998. Divorced Gulzar January 2001.
