Maurice is a city located in Sioux County, Iowa. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 254.

Geography Maurice is located at 42°57'58" North, 96°10'51" West (42.966226, -96.180848)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.4 km² (0.5 mi²). 1.4 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is land and 1.85% is water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 254 people, 95 households, and 76 families residing in the city. The population density is 181.6/km² (471.0/mi²). There are 103 housing units at an average density of 73.6/km² (191.0/mi²).
